Picking a Module

One building, four formats

Not every food business needs the same kind of space. A high-throughput operation with heavy vehicle traffic has different priorities from a boutique producer that values a premium frontage. That is why CT FoodNEX stacks four module types up the ramp rather than offering a single cookie-cutter unit.

Ground and lower floors: maximum access

The ground-storey Platinum Deluxe units pair with the building's largest vehicular access โ€” 40-foot container capability โ€” making them the natural home for businesses that move the heaviest volumes or the bulkiest loads. Directly above, the Premier Deluxe modules on levels two to four take 20-foot containers and balance strong access with the efficiencies of an upper floor.

Mid and top floors: efficient production

The Classic Modules on levels five to nine are served by 7.5-metre rigid-frame vehicle access and suit steady production runs where the absolute largest container is not a daily need. At the top, the tenth-storey Sky Suite offers the building's most distinctive space. Because every floor is reached by the internal ramp, even upper-level units keep direct drive-up logistics โ€” the trade-off between floors is about container size, not whether a vehicle can reach you.

Matching a module to your operation

The right choice comes down to your vehicle mix, throughput and budget. The site and floor plan page shows the layout of each module type storey by storey, and the specifications page lists the floor loadings and access dimensions you will want to check against your equipment. When you have a shortlist, the units and pricing page shows what is currently available, and you can message the team to talk through fit.
